1. Are your equipments Japan surplus?

Yes, we are directly buying all the equipments from our Japanese suppliers. They are fresh Japan surplus. They are not Pinoy surplus. Meaning, they have not been used by any Construction Company in the Philippines. You are the first Pinoy to use this equipment.

2. Do you deliver the equipments to our place?

For buyers in other provinces and other regions of the country, we deliver the equipment until Lingunan, Valenzuela City. Exact location of pick up point shall be texted to the buyer prior to delivery. For pick up of units there. We do not deliver anywhere. But we do have a contact with trucking services whom you can call and negotiate for the pick up and delivery of the equipment to your place/site. Contact number of the owner of the Trucking Company shall also be texted only to the serious buyers.

3. Is there warranty of the equipment bought?

We recondition the units very well to the best ability of our mechanics. We check and replace all defective parts, like hose, packing, bearing, battery, change oil, etc. We do quality control on the equipments first before bringing them to the painters area for repainting. We make sure that all equipments are in good condition before release to the customers. So that they are already ready to use, nothing to fix. We do not offer warranty because, still, these are all surplus that you are buying. If ever there are problems that may occur during usage, they are beyond our control. And most often than not, they are only minor problems already. Because we have seen, tested and repaired all problems that deter usage while still in our Production Area. We do not compromise quality. We hand the equipment to you in its best condition possible.

Moreover, our assistance to our customers after sales is, whenever there are parts of the equipment that needs replacement, and the buyer, after diligent efforts to search in the market, cannot find the item, we are very willing to be the ones to look and search and buy the parts for them.

4. Is there a discount on your price?

Before we decide on the price of our products, we have already looked and studied on the existing market prices of each especially in several business establishments in Manila selling Japan surplus equipments. Then we make sure that we give the lowest possible price at the best quality of our products. So that we do not have to give discounts, we give the lowest price possible that is commensurate to the quality of the product you are buying.

5. What is your mode of payment?

We accept cash payments only. Paid either through the company account in the bank or at the office in our warehouse.

In cases when the customer cannot pay in cash due to some reasons, we recommend Metro Orix. We are an accreditted business by them. It’s a Financing Company of Metrobank that offers loans on purchase of trucks and heavy equipments. They have the lowest interest rate among others so far. Majority of our customers course through their purchase from Orix. You can inquire through the nearest Metrobank or Orix branch in your place. They have nationwide coverage. They will be requiring you to submit documents of your proof of business and source of income, bank statement and personal profile. As soon as your documents are complete and submitted to their office, they will process the papers for the approval of your loan. Once approved, they will let us email them a quotation of the equipment you are buying from us, Orix Vigan branch will appraise the unit, It takes only about 7-10 days to process everything. Upon completion of the total payment, then we shall facilitate the release of your equipment.

6. Do the equipments need to be registered at LTO?

The equipments do not need an OR/CR as trucks and other vehicles do. We issue only receipts and Deed of Sale for every transaction.

7. How can we reserve an equipment that we are interested in?

We require 10% downpayment for reservation. The remaining 90% balance shall be paid in cash upon pick up of the equipment. You can only make a reservation if it is already available in our warehouse. You cannot reserve if the units are still in Japan or has not yet arrived in our warehouse. We follow the first come, first served basis.

We are giving 10 days to a maximum of 2 weeks for our mechanics to finish the equipment upon reservation. Once finished, the buyer is expected to pay the remaining balance as soon as possible, unless more than 10 days is needed for the reconditioning. There maybe several buyers interested in your unit and if it is reserved, we cannot sell it to anybody anymore. But as a consideration for the business to proceed, it is a requisite to pay in full upon completion.

If for any reason that the buyer displays disinterest or lack of concern on the agreed time of payment, the company shall forfeit the reservation fee at the expense of the buyer. So before entering into a negotiation, we suggest that the buyer should be decided with what he is buying and be prepared with the fund to finance the purchase.
